End of Summer 4-Course Dinner

On Saturday, September 28 I will be serving a 4-course BYOB dinner focusing on late summer and early fall flavors. Still bringing freshness and brightness from summer, with a hint of those heavier flavors as we move into spooky season.

Where: Southwest, Las Vegas

Cost: $58 pp

I am excited to share my thoughts on these flavors, turning a private setting into an upscale restaurant focusing on what I enjoy about hospitality, while cutting all the other aspects out. A ticket (scroll down) will get you the 4-course dinner, water, coffee or tea. I will provide glassware for any other beverages you may bring (hard or soft). Tipping is always appreciated, but purely optional.

Each seating (except the kitchen bar seats) will be at a communal table, where you will dine with other people who buy tickets for the same time, and with another table who's dining time will overlap with yours. I do this because good company makes good food even better, and I know the kind of people who would attend an event like this are awesome.
