Your ticket includes one seat to the 5-course meal described above, water, coffee, tea, and service. There are no additional charges. While tipping is always appreciated, it is purely optional! This dinner is happening in the southwest of Las Vegas. Exact location details will be given to ticket holders the day before the event.
Hello, my name is Julian Sirkin, and after going to culinary school, I spent 7 years working in restaurants. I now put on private dinners for a limited audience in private locations. This allows me to focus on what I enjoy about food and hospitality, and cut out all the stuff that doesn't add to a guest experience, but is often needed for running a profitable business. These are my way to stay connected to creative food, and hospitatliy, which are both things I love, despite making a career change.
I particularly love doing these pop ups, because they create such a fun environment. It takes a certain kind of adventurous person to come to a pop up like this, then you get a bunch of them in one place, eating and drinking together. The energy becomes absolutely fantastic!
