Winter Comfort 6-Course Dinner This winter, I’m serving up a 6-course meal inspired by cozy, comforting flavors. The dishes are a little simpler than usual but just as magical.

There are five time slots to choose from: 6:00, 6:45, 7:30 (kitchen bar), 8:00, and 8:45. Same price, same menu for all.

Your ticket includes the full 6-course dinner, plus water, coffee, and tea. If you’d like something stronger, feel free to bring your own drinks—I’ll have glasses ready.

Tipping is always appreciated, never required.

Winter food is all about fighting off the chill, even if “cold” is relative in Vegas! It’s warm broths and buttery breads, like the first course. It’s dishes built around seasonal winter produce, which shine in the second course. There’s something irresistible about familiar comfort food this time of year—like my fancy baked potato, dressed up just right. And of course, winter calls for rich, roasty flavors and sauces that have simmered for hours, making every bite worth savoring.
